Please complete the order form below and give to either Rhonda Sexton or Janine.

  • All orders must be received by NOVEMBER 7.
  • Pick up:  November 28-December 1, EHS Commons, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
  • Payment:  You can pay with your order or  you can pay when you pick up your tickets. Checks should be payable to CHORAL FOUNDATION.

Big Trip-IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WE MUST HEAR FROM ANYONE INTERESTED IN GOING ON THE TRIP BY THIS WEDNESDAY, October 5

As of right now, MW is the only group that has received enough responses to make the trip to Florida. SL have been contacted via email, phone and at the meetings, but at this time there are not enough students who have responded to make the trip a “go” for them.  As stated above, if you are interested in going on the trip, you must contact Marla by this Wednesday, October 5 or SL will not be attending. (If you have already responded you do not need to respond again.)

Payment Schedule for trip:

  • 10/14 (next Friday), payment ONE of $150 per person attending the trip is due
  • 11/18, payment TWO of $150 per person attending the trip is due
  • 1/6, payment THREE of $200 per person attending the trip is due
  • 2/6, FINAL payment of $200 per person attending the trip is due
  • NOTE:  The January and February dates listed are different than those given out at the Booster meeting, as FAME requires payment in full 30 days prior to the event.

  • October 15:  Hilly Hundred
  • November 4-5: EJHS Musican “Music Man Jr.”
  • November 12-13:  Music Warehouse Retreat, Waycross/Brown County
  • December 3-4:  Tis the Season (order forms passed out at meeting and available online soon)
  • December 10-11:  Sophisticated Ladies Retreat, Waycross/Brown County
  • December 29: MW Only (singing at Butler game in Indianapolis)
  • March 24:  Contest of Champions
