• All orders must be received by NOVEMBER 7.

As of right now, MW is the only group that has received enough responses to make the trip to Florida. SL have been contacted via email, phone and at the meetings, but at this time there are not enough students who have responded to make the trip a “go” for them.  As stated above, if you are interested in going on the trip, you must contact Marla by this Wednesday, October 5 or SL will not be attending. (If you have already responded you do not need to respond again.)

Payment Schedule for trip:

• 10/14 (next Friday), payment ONE of $150 per person attending the trip is due
• 11/18, payment TWO of $150 per person attending the trip is due
• 1/6, payment THREE of $200 per person attending the trip is due
• 2/6, FINAL payment of $200 per person attending the trip is due
• NOTE:  The January and February dates listed are different than those given out at the Booster meeting, as FAME requires payment in full 30 days prior to the event.

• December 29: MW Only (singing at Butler game in Indianapolis)

Cheeseballs

Longaberger

• Orders must be submitted to MEG by October 26.
• In order to receive teh 25% discount you must place your order with MEG, not online.
• Please add 12.5% shipping to your order before adding 7% tax.
• Fall/Winter catalogue is online at www.longaberger.com/wishlist/kimberly.  The October flyer,  which has a Christmas basket that is only available during October is online at www.longaberger.com/flyer/kimberly.
• Please submit your checks payable to Meg Ashba by October 26. You will receive your order before Christmas.

• WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 6:00 p.m. in the EHS Cafeteria
• Everyone needs to bring their own table service (plate, utensils, napkins, etc. – disposable is a great idea)
• Fried Chicken, Chicken & Rice (from Contest), and Spaghetti will be served.  In addition, each family is responsible for the following:
• FRESHMAN:  Bring a main dish item (Please nothing with CHICKEN)
• SOPHOMORES:  Side Dishes
• JUNIORS:  Desserts
• SENIORS:  You do not need to bring anything – just enjoy the evening
• Drinks will be provided.
• Each student will have a “Make and Take” item that they can take home with them at the conclusion of the evening.

• SUNDAY, MAY 22, 2:00 p.m.  (Please note: There will only be ONE performance.)
• Group photos will be taken prior to the concert.  Students need to arrive at 12:30 p.m. in full costume (specific costume for SL and MW will be announced in class).
